Feeling the need for more inclusion and professional physical fitness choices for individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities, Milly In Motion, Inc. was founded by Kahmilah Eley and her mother Carol Green in January 2022. Kahmilah is passionate about inspiring people in similar situations as herself. She graduated from high school with highest honors in 2020 and currently attends college, majoring in Social Science. Kahmilah is always actively making connections and building relationships to bring awareness to Milly in Motion.

Milly In Motion is a nonprofit dedicated to connecting individuals with cognitive and/or developmental disabilities to certified special population trainers. Through these meaningful partnerships, we help participants build confidence, improve physical well-being, and experience the joy of movement in a safe and supportive environment.
